The management will try everything under the sun to kick you if they can. some examples:
1. delay in giving permanent contract. SO they will keep you in temp contract as long as possible.
2. No empthy on your personal circumstances. All that matter is if you are billable or not.
3. No direction about the company. You just work with client and thats it.
