      Clean office, nothing else i can really think of

      Cons

      No growth opportunity, management is full of lies, they always say something big but it doesn’t mean anything. Management is shortsighted definitely, they don’t care about their employees, they just want people to finish the work. Turnover rate here is crazy.

      Travelling but if you are selected. Not really micromanaged which is good.

      Have to be in office No structure Favouritism is massive so if you are not liked you will not work there Impossible to grow as a new joiner Low pay Lots of lies (pyramid scheme)

      I've had a really positive experience working at Yep Ads. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and always open to new ideas. There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, which makes it easy to take ownership and grow. Leadership is approachable, and there's a strong focus on results without micromanagement. Definitely a great environment for self-starters who want to build something meaningful.

      The pace can be fast and priorities can shift quickly, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
