Pros

Great, friendly atmosphere to work in. The CEO really cares about the employees and is interested in helping employees develop their career paths. There is opportunities to work in different locations around the world and remotely. Employees are able to attend company happy hours, lunches and events.

Cons

Prior to the intranet release communication between different regions was difficult , but that has improved over the last couple months.

It was a paycheck - when they didn't mess it up

Claims to be all about the employees - "Yerra Life." Seems like "Yerra Life" really is the CEOs fly around the world and partying. Employees are underpaid, taken advantage of, and discarded easily. Nobody in America is proud to work here. Advancement? Don't make me laugh. This company is the owners piggybank. Avoid!
