Pros
Very smart, kind, empathetic coworkers. Unlimited PTO, good healthcare, matched 401k. Very interesting product and the company does its best to get employees up to speed.
Cons
HR is extremely biased and openly conservative. (Not a great environment for POC and women.) Will retaliate against employees and there are no controls to protect the employee. Once you disagree with their views, you are an enemy to them and they'll do their best to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Micromanagement is rampant in middle management. Managers need to learn to delegate and let go of the reigns.
