      - CTO / Senior Developer is a great leader and makes efforts to take care of the development team. - A fun and exciting tech stack

      Cons

      - A lot of disorganization in every department of the company. - Has a pattern of hiring too many people and laying them off without notice - lack of structured processes contribute to a lot of wasted time, money, and effort in many areas of the company

      This environment is built to encourage growth. If you want to find a place where your ideas are highly encouraged and listened to. Yes Fit is an a great healthy environment to do so. The leadership has a put a priority to mentor its staff. It has a great sense of family. Community and communication is highly encouraged.
