- Kind and genuine management, eager to push employees to expand their knowledge and expertise in the industry - Rewarding pay and bonus, extra compensation given for overseas job + overtime, company is fair to employees - Rewarding additional pay and bonus for good performance. - Opportunities to expand internally and try other positions - End work on time, 5.30 pm everyone must leave - Kind bosses and seniors always buy snacks and food for everyone randomly

- Far location (but company provides company car/bus so it's worth)
