      Amazing management team with high hopes

      Pros

      The management team is a wonderful set of people that values their employees. The business works hard to communicate between teams and departments. The software development department is seen as an integral part of the company's success and consistently sees investment. I am trusted for my advice and expertise.

      Cons

      Snacks disappear too quickly in the break room. No 401(k) match. Health insurance is expensive.

      The CTO was replaced by an imbecile who cleaned house either by termination or alienation - what we call in the industry The James Cameron Sequel sort of manager.
