Cons

Management will happily throw you under the bus. They will give you accounts that are ready to end contract to save their own numbers rather than managing the account themselves. 0 training on account renewal yet it is your main KPI. Outside working hours calls with US and UK without being able to take time off the following day. No opportunities to grow into other parts of the business in Australia. Countless benefits mentioned on the website but none apply to Australia.

-The team is great and create a brilliant culture: work socials every month such as cocktail making, bbqs, escape rooms. -The product is arguably the best in the industry and is constantly evolving -Working with some of Australias top retailers

-Occasionally required to work out of hours for calls with UK/US teams

Amazing people solving a real challenge in Ecommerce

The service we provide to clients is hugely valuable: solving challenges around website personalisation without any engineering resource or much time dedicated from our clients. From a sales perspective this is really advantageous. More generally speaking, the team we have here are fun, smart and hard working which means coming to work is always enjoyable and drives you to perform to the best of your ability. The office space is awesome too (cool design, good kitchen, great location, tons of lunch options, loads of bus and train options too). Plus we play touch rugby in a local league each Thursday (reigning champions) so if you're looking to join, bring a pair of boots.

Cons

Martech is an increasingly competitive industry so you're always challenged in sales in this space but I guess that's also part of the fun!
