The owner expects you to work 3 or more jobs and pay you entry level. The benefits are horrible. No 401k, No dental, worst health care. Camera every where, he watches your every move. Huge trust issues There is no work / life balance. You are stressed out every day while he sits back and doesn’t help. There isn’t a single person who likes working there. Not one! It’s a revolving door everyone leaves within 6 months. If you’re there longer it’s because your family. The receptionist never smiles, she looks miserable everyday. Overall the owner will not change. He believes his way is the right way and the only way. He Cheats people and scams them. He’s always trying to find a way for not paying a bill. Company is declining. It’s honestly the worst company in fashion. All you have to do ask anyone in fashion.
