Pros

Hands off management style with managers and C levels easily approachable and accessible. Hands on experience with networks of all shapes and sizes, and with customers in many different fields with different telephony needs. Huge satisfaction from knowing that our work provides essential tools for healthcare, manufacturing, food services, etc.

Cons

Plenty of work to be done and it's hard to stop at the end of the day. Benefits aren't top notch, but great for a small business.

Pros

Currently, the best thing about this company is the snacks they buy every couple of weeks or so. In the past, there was way more to be happy about. Good team engagement, understanding of what your job is, cross department respect, no cliques, strong and proud management. None of this exists anymore.

Cons

Disorganized. Departments constantly fighting each other. No respect. Management of the tech support team is abysmal, never present, and doesn't appear to care about the employees. Now, it's less about the employees and more about changing everything possible.

Old building. Bought out by BroadVoice on August 1st, 2018 - lots of changes
