      Pros

      Able to take a lot of extra shifts, food discounts, good place to create lasting relationships with other workers and management.

      Cons

      Occasionally very over or understaffed for the situation, don't make any plans for after work because you will be covered in ice cream and smelling like burgers (don't take this job if you can't handle that).

      Pros

      Hours are great once you get into manager position. I love working at a place that keeps me busy but not so much that i am stressed out all the time. I love the people i work with and how old fashioned the place looks and feels.

      Cons

      It gets super hot in the summers. There's not space inside, its cramped and most of the freezers are out in the back, which become a pain when you need something quick and you have to walk outside and unlock the freezer. Also its hard to move around in there. Everyone gets squished if there's more than 3 people.
