Pros

Yogurt Mill is very flexible with your school schedule. The customers are also relatively nice. It's very easy to move up in position if you're motivated and willing to learn.

Cons

Some nights are extremely busy and despite this, higher management looks to cut back labor for profit even if the team is struggling. Some of the drama in upper management also feels like high-school drama, immature and unreasonable.
