Pros

Fast and easy application/hiring process. Good for aspiring VAs since you can apply even if you don't have any experience. Most people you work with are okay.

Cons

Underpaid. Overworked. Unpaid OT. Feels like labor Camp because of outrageous Micromanagement, No job security. If the boss is upset, he tends to go on a firing spree! You feel unsecure and are likely to be fired, laid off, or dismissed.
