      Fun chaotic mess

      Pros

      Great people, challenging tasks, excellent offices, decent salary if you negotiate one during on-boarding. It is a 1500+ people startup.

      Cons

      You don't get to those great tasks as the vision and strategy change every week. Inexperienced young management is living a dream and no one wants to take the responsibility. Even after 5 years it's being treated as a startup, so whenever projects move to operations - they fail. Seriously lacks business vision and pushiness since the departure of the previous CEO in 2012.

      everyday you can get interesting and challenging task. Very nice view from the window. Positive co-workers.

      Cons

      There is no solid strategy. You never knows what will happen in two weeks, you even don't know if you will work here :)

      Great team, great opportunities, no personal life

      Pros

      Great team. Opportunity to grow with a job while you are responsible for the area much wider that in your job description. New challenges almost every day train your brain and strengthen your willpower. You can be proud of great product that you help to produce\deliver\sell.

      Cons

      Too wide ranges of responsibilities create mess in execution sometimes. Due to you work as 2-3 employees you don't have normal work/life balance. Too many decisions are made by HQ and personally CEO without considering professionals' point of view.
