Pros

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere at head office, full of buzz and collaboration. Hard working management and staff all working in unison to achieve goals. Great environment with open communications to anyone of any level within the company. Our team is smaller and set apart from the main office. But we are just as focused and hardworking. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and we enjoy our time together. Most of us like to attend the social events when we can, which are always fun and feel like a well deserved break. It's where we can let our hair down and get to know others from different teams. Best job I've ever had hands down! For environment, people and work duties. Great work/life balance, pay and bonus scheme.

Cons

Absolutely nothing, nada, zilch, and zero!

Bangalore office is not good

Pros

There is a separate "document checker" department which is entirely different from the technical teams. Don't know much about it. Good part is that your lead/managers will be based out of the UK. So no un-necessary ego and rubbish talk, if this can be considered as a pro :)

Cons

1. No scope for promotions as lead/manager in tech team. Your lead/manager would be sitting in the UK. 2. No ESOPs (UK employees get this benefit) 3, No bonus (UK employees get this benefit) 4. No gifts/reimbursements (UK employees get this benefit) So basically you just work and get the salary nothing else to look out for. And the HR/Management team has no idea about anything. They just want to save their jobs.

Pros

Challenging projects. Interesting technology. Teams like to stick together and are very kind to one another. Some of the nicest people I have worked with, with some very intelligent but miss managed minds.

Cons

Business is now being based off what partnerships can be made or cost can be reduced, forcing pointless features to users they don't want. Tasks and requirements are dictated from executive level down, leaving no room to voice opinion. Also left top executives not really caring about employee satisfaction, but instead pushing them harder and piling on stress. The main marketing message of an individual having an ID on their phone and usefully sharing data in a controlled data minimised way is no longer true. Company doesn't care about the value of solving the users problems anymore. Too much competition at executive level of who can land the biggest client, leaving no incremental and risk assessed strategy. Many people don't know how to fulfill the role of their titles properly.
