Sometimes a little bit of internal drama gets in the way when you're trying to work.

Pros
Customer Support Manager does a great job creating a fun work environment and makes others look forward to coming into work. The Customer Support team was also pleasure to work with. Did not have a lot of interaction with upper management.
Cons
Support staff is given a lot of tickets to respond to and is sometimes understaffed for what is asked of them.
