Firstly, there is a lot of politics internally and favourism done. Due to which I have seen real talent leave the company months within joining. Second, coming to your work life balance, it’s lost. I mean seriously, everytime the CEO visits everyone has to come to office even on weekends and holidays, doesn’t matter if you have work or not. You have to be physically present. And to top that there is no business model at all due to which every other week the product changes. Won’t be long before you loose track of what’s happening. Also, due to all these as an individual your learning curve takes a hit. It becomes difficult to learn and try out new stuff. Then there’s this Higher Management which like to micro manage everything, and it feels that their only goal is to please the CEO. They would do everything in their power starting from singing, dancing till forcing the employees to attend office on holidays/weekends just so that the CEO is happy.

HR is horrible with her FAKE smile, that is the bad impression you can experience at the first place. As the face of the company, this department needs to go back to the school to learn basic manners instead of making the company a school. The HR department is more of a security office, spying, grouping with favoured people in the organisation and then targeting other employees. Some employees are hired only to be a messenger to some managers. These people communicate unnecessary talks more than work and these people are prioritised by the HR. All the activities of the HR is taken care by the people grouping up with them. Employees are treated like trash. They have no sense of talking to employees in a socially acceptable way. Promotions are not always given on merit. Its always about you being very close to the manager and you get to the top level even without your knowledge and girls are mostly considered for this. HR only job is to go around and protect people who spend time and chill with her. This place breeds negativity in the form of favouritism. The HR and their policies are laughable. Nothing good to be said about the HR.
