Small companies doing big business and is positioned to grow quickly soon.
Cons
Management has been lack-luster for years. New management is coming in with great ideas, but they are nonetheless still new.

Pros
The work itself is not bad and there are a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. A lot of the people that do the work are really nice and will work with you. They match 401K (a little).
Cons
Upper management is not good. Poor leadership and a lack of support. The president is a micromanager and will make projects more difficult. Beware trying to make decisions that will be criticized and then offer no other guidance. Not great pay, high deductible healthcare plan, no defined career paths, no long term planning, no real HR, no investment opportunity, and no real culture.
