Great vibes, awesome people, lovely borrels and a nice lunch. Tech stack is pretty good.

Cons

high churn in leadership paired with near constant strategic changes making any long-term decision-making impossible. This is reflected by their salary policy: pay raises are seldom given in an arbitrary fashion. The company recently laid off most devs in favor of low-code, but are now re-hiring devs already. Makes you wonder if they've got any clue as to what they are doing.
