      highly motivated team innovation : we overcome difficulties as a team, and don't hide problems good place to stay for a longer than 2-years job : you can build a carreer as younited grows

      During the time I worked there I did not see any pros.

      No career planning. Goals and priorities are not well set. Low salaries and none benefits.

      Pros

      * the people you work with are amazing & the company has great values that are perceived on the everyday job *YC is fast moving environnement, with opportunities to advance, and improvements on the "bad things" (we don't get stuck with bad things) * a scale up in it's hyper growth stage : so many things to do & learn !(and contribute to the next French unicorn !) * you are given responsibilities & can have an impact as an individual * if -as me- you are a women, it's a great place to work in (active gender equality policy and culture)

      Cons

      * only 2 days of remote per week "if you are not a tech" * not a lot of holidays compared to other sectors * sometimes too many meetings
