      Great Culture, Lots of Change

      Pros

      Your Money Line is a great company with great people! I really love coming to work every day! The day to day is fast-paced and challenging which I love. Lots of career growth opportunity for those who want that! The benefits and work life balance are great.

      Cons

      The day-to-day work is fast-paced and demanding, so this isn’t an environment where you can coast. It’s best suited for people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in. As with many high-growth startups, there has been—and continues to be—a significant amount of change, which can be challenging for those who prefer predictability.

      They don’t hire thoughtfully

      Pros

      Work/life balance and people are pretty nice.

      Cons

      Management lacks communication. Lay offs all around. Have noticed a lot of lay offs while they still continue to hire. No job security. Office is pretty awkward. Not sure why they even need one and a lot of pointless meetings. A lot of talk without actually executing on what they say.
