Pros

They have great clients. You wouldn't want to stay if it weren't for the clients. Good to add as an experience.

Cons

1. Unapproachable admin, you'll get little to no support 2. Greedy, you'll get paid 1/3 of how much they are billing their client 3. They will treat you like they own you even if there is a subcontractor agreement 4. They tend to save-face themselves, they will provide inaccurate info to your clients just to throw you under the bus 5. They don't care about you, they just love to exploit you for your skills 6. They pay low but demand a high quality service 7. You'll never feel the bonuses from your clients, they will just give you 1 thousand pesos plus order you food worth 500 pesos 8. They speak to you as if you are dumb 9. Training is through email but they are expecting a lot afterwards 10. They're just a bunch of exploitative people, you are not an asset, you're just simply a money maker piece of garbage for them

This is a duplicate "review" . As I have mentioned above YRA pays market rate or above. Bonusses from clients are always passed on to the assistant. Your statements on compensation are completely incorrect.

Pros

Easy application and reasonable pay

Cons

They don't update you about your evaluation after training. Wasted 2 weeks of training that was supposed to be paid but they don't even bother responding to my emails about my follow-ups.

Every assistant who completes the training and is not repeatedly absent or late gets compensated as agreed upon. You are promptly advised of whether you have been accepted or not.

Pros

It's an OK company for fresh graduates who want a huge improvement in character building.

Cons

YRA has a toxic, micromanaging admin with team leaders who think too highly of themselves and look down and underestimate ALL virtual assistants who work for them. They pay you only about 20% of what the clients are paying them, and don't give you the actual bonuses from clients (you get only 1000 or 2000 pesos). If this doesn't make you feel like you're being treated like a stupid, ignorant person, I don't know what else will. Some of the team leaders just adore their authority and control and have no respect whatsoever for their subordinates. Need I say more? The training is blah. They expect too much from you with their little input. Did I mention micromanagement? YRA is the epitome of excellence in micromanagement. Save yourselves from unnecessary stress and save some respect for yourselves and look for another company. This one's a no-no.

YRA pays market rate or above. Bonusses from clients are always passed on to the assistant. Your statements on compensation are completely incorrect. No team lead is going to "micromanage" an assistant when they perform well, it's only when an improvement is needed that they will spend more of their time verifying the work of an assistant who's client is reporting sub=par performance .
