The organisation was a complete shambles. The CEO was incredibly stubborn about taking the time and investing in change despite recognising the need for change. There was a distinct feeling of 'just get it done now' leaving a real lack of quality in almost all aspects of the work.
The worst part was that this did the young people we worked with a disservice, they deserved a lot better. At some points I felt they were treated as cash cows. This resulted in a potentially dangerous environment both for the young people and their supervisors.
