Pros
young team (= flexible and open to new ideas) (sometimes) nice company parties They make good profits. one of the few bigger employers in this region Great IT team
Cons
Young team (=no idea about work structures, very superficial) Owners only care for their own profits, people are just another resource. That is how they achieve growth: over the people who are willing to work insane hours for the far below-average wages that they offer. American "hire & fire" style of leadership, some people didn't even last a day, just because they offered their professional opinion. More then ten years after being founded, still very much a start-up: Chaotic, crazy long work hours and very little in the way of personal appreciation is shown. It's considered normal that you put in those hours. They seem to believe that the (often excessive) parties make up for everything. No support whatsoever in achieving your targets. Those are often based on personal dreams of your manager, rather than a realistic forecast of what things might be the coming year. Think well before you get sick: two days no pay at all and then 70 % of your salary, the minimum allowed by law. So a two week flu can cost you 25 % of your month salary. They are cheap as can be: You can fully expect your christmas gift to be one of the company's own products that was about to expire packaged in a "personalized" box. The company has a very flat structure, which means there is no room for growth. You get a position, you are usually stuck with it.
