He works more on developing your design mindset and not spoon feeding you on your designs. - Majority of work is product based, highly focusing on UX, implementing appropriate methodologies and workflow. Cons
Due to amount of projects, work-life balance is bit hindered but I don't see it as a big issue as the company is hiring more people for that.
