We want to be clear that we do not tolerate unfair labour practices, and any suggestion of this is concerning. Youtap operates across multiple regions, and we are committed to ensuring that all teams—regardless of location—are treated fairly, compensated appropriately, and supported in a sustainable working environment.
That said, we acknowledge that in periods of rapid growth and delivery pressure, there have been instances where workloads and expectations have not been where they should be. This is something we are actively addressing through improved resource planning, clearer delivery timelines, and stronger local leadership support.
On transparency and structure: our operating model across markets is designed to align delivery, revenue, and accountability, but we recognise the importance of clearly communicating how this works to all teams. We are working to improve visibility and understanding in this area.
We also take feedback about leadership effectiveness seriously. Strengthening local management capability and ensuring teams feel supported and represented is a priority.
