Creating impact to work for an organization that is helping youth in Scarborough

Cons

- Executive Director and Senior leadership team have very outdated views on the industry or leadership styles - Senior leadership team are not fit to be managing other staff - Leadership is less focused on innovation and improvement - High turn over due to toxic work environment created by micromangement style - Lack of trust and open communication between management team and non-management staff - Organizational structure is very top heavy - Salary is often below market price - Unionized setting
