      Ability to travel and a very interesting sector with a lot of pssibilities

      Ongoing chaos and exits as a result mismanagement by CEO and core management team

      knowledgeable and experienced employes, potential of contributing to modernization of Belgian Rail

      Cons

      numerous appointments of protégés by CEO; no HRM management and lived values; most members of management team lack knowledge and expertise; no communication initiatives, especially in light of major outsourcing deal; lack of basic-basic-basic IT life cycle management and project management method/culture

      Too complex processes - not agile Culture is old and slow - hard to create positive change People tend to stick to 'this is how we have always done it'
