One of the most FRAUDSTER company I've found during my working tenure at YUDIZ SOLUTION for more than 2 years. I joined them as a Trainee with the bond of 2.5 year which was going to complete by 6th June 2022. I resigned from the company and they approved it and according to my resignation 8th June was my last day. If I am leaving from my end from the company before that date then I should pay 1 Lac OR 2x of My current salary whichever is lower.(These all things were clearly mentioned in the agreement bond). After 2 weeks of resignation they called me and forced me to leave before 6th June and to pay 1LAC which was totally opposite to our bond. I was helpless as they have taken an ORIGINAL MARKSHEETs and denied to revert me back if I do not pay 1LAC. I was not in a situation to go in LEGAL PROCESS so I paid 1LAC and leaved this company. I will ask all new joiners to READ THEIR BONDs 10 times before joining and NEVER EVER SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTs with this company. Thanks.

The company exploits its employees and makes them work overtime without giving salary. -Strict bond policy, they will retain your documents and not return them to you unless you pay them for it. -Management only wants trainees. -Will not pay you during the training phase, but will make you work on the company's projects. -You will just be told to learn everything on your own by watching tutorials instead of someone actually training you. -No growth opportunity and your talent will not be appreciated. -Will make you work overtime. -Expect your superiors to be under qualified and having less skill and knowledge than you. -Some people just come to play table tennis. If you value yourself then better not join this company.
