Result oriented, lots of opportunities to grow your professionalism, encourages initiatives and critical thinking, freindly environment
Cons
Different approaches to people on same positions (including salary), so it affects the relationships and work officiency. Lack of attention to conflict situations. Some heads (supervisors/managers) don't have good management knowledge and skills.
