      Good salary, good location(s) of the office(s), yearly salary increase, a good mix of old and new technologies, friendly people, nice gifts during Christmas, work from home, stable job.

      Cons

      - No career development - You stay in your position until someone leaves - Very boring core topic (accounting) - Legacy code can be frustrating - A bit chaotic and old -school management (not an engineering company)
