      1. Can't think of anything..... 2. Still can't think of anything...

      1. CEO is egoistic and doesn't value his employees 2. Uses harsh language in office even though he allegedly says that, he has worked in US for more than 15 years. 3. No work ethics as he thinks, his employees should work for more than 12 hours for him everyday, leaving their social life and family. 4. Constant under pressure so that employees don't ask for much. 5. CEO will constantly remind you, that you are doing enough, no matter how much you give in for the work. 6. 50% salary cut during covid for no reason. Just because, CEO likes to sucks blood, he did that.

      - There are many Cons in Yuktamedia - We have work 12 Hours daily even Saturdays. -Main thing - Be care full with CEO He used to scold employee with silly reasons. - So much Pressure not only work, so many things. - There is no Management hierarchy. - You have to create work everyday and have to explain point to point to everyone. - I have observed here few Senior folks are struggling. - They will talk only Marathi &Hindi even in meetings. - No scope for seniors. - No team coronation/ Attitude - Every one has different mindsets, they will think talk different ways. I know you will think more that why your CEO, If i think like You, Why i should work under you.i will start new company right??
