Good pay for the workload. No one is checking in on you during the work day so you can do whatever as long as you are logged/ available in Teams.
Cons
C-suite is disorganized and unable to remember basic information about projects leading to excessive catch-up meetings where the team has to re-cap the same information for months. Job is a dead end for your career. No movement upwards. No investment in their team via training or support.
