A firm that provides you time to empower yourself and waits for you to contribute back. Doesn't push you to get more work by paying less. Monday to Friday office with a perfect work-life balance offering you the interest to work and enrich your knowledge. Supportive managers and easy to reach out them is an added advantage.

Cons

May feel the silly politics at low level as existing in any offices.

1.Flexible timing. They provide a good work-life balance. 2.Employee efforts and achievements are regularly recognized and appreciated. 3.Very supporting and motivating management. They always encourage employees to upskill themselves. 4.They also offer team activities like badminton, cricket, yoga, and Zumba for employee well-being and team bonding.

Cons

When compared to other MNCs and startups, I find no drawbacks here.
