Work life balance is pretty good because there is no real work happening due to the complete chaos. The team people as others have noted were great, nice people to work with, low drama.
Cons
Since the January lay off a lot of good people are jumping or have jumped ship. Corporate management (CEO, Chief Digital Officer, CIO) are clueless as to what they had and how to use it. For example "buy don't build" on a slide shown to the people who job is to build.
Apart from that the company has no direction and operates like they are running a bookstore not a tech company (particularly HR).
the people there support each other. I stayed there because of them mostly. And the idea of the product as well.
Cons
Product was not well designed and implemented. The company seems to be in the process of killing of the product. Laid of 35% of its work force January 2016.
