      Good Office location, convenient to MRT

      Cons

      Additional job scope not included in contract. From helping to clean and shophouse to help the boss save money, to buying and serving lunch to the boss to help make his life easier. No proper system in place in terms of company structure and job scope.

      Higher than the average salary

      Cons

      No career progression. Will be tasked to do out of job scope tasks, like buying lunch for boss (which he will only pay back at the end of the month under company claims) No room to design, you're basically a drafts person. Toxic culture where the boss blames you for everything and anything wrong in his life.
