      Job was well paid, free daily lunch with a limit of £15 per meal and a nice office

      Cons

      - Very hostile environment to work in - No flexibility in terms of hybrid work - Weird dynamic between founder and one of the office staff who we’re secretly engaged -No real HR person at the time so complaints were not actioned

      Great collages, the company culture was excellent, fun relaxed productive environment. Great culture overall, Competitive salaries and amazing benefits such as paid lunch, transportation and private health insurance

      Cons

      Something about the upper management didn't feel right. Lack of a game designer caused the game to feel adrift. Some key senior people quit

      Very good working environment, with amazing professionals and very cool projects.

      It is a start-up and as such does not have the same benefits as other big companies, but this is changing little by little.
