Great team approach when dealing with most projects. Everyone seem to very open to communicate and help at any time. The diverse set of clients gives a lot of exposure to really cool IT projects. I've worked in IT companies before and this place really does allow for a good work balance. Great company if you want to be challenged with every day different from the last.

Juggling lots of projects and clients really forces you to be organized. People who cant manage their own time well probably wont do well here.
Company focused on billing practices more than quality. Company went from a proactive model to reactive model -- leading to unhappy clients. Small business so HR was inconsistent. Reimbursement wasn't always timely. Salaries were low based on competition.
