Lots of hours if you want to work.You get an opportunity to learn on different equipment

Candidate may not like the long hours for the weak wages.Was hired on to drive a cdl qualified truck was optioned off to a material grapple truck which they said they would train me on but in a short period of time I wasn’t getting that training. Family owned business got to watch what you say even if you’re joking
