Business outlook
Pros
Great product and brand, and for the most part the people are great. The sales management staff is pretty good and all in all it's a "fun" job and a great product to sell. Sales goals are very reasonable and fair, and the opportunity for growth is definitely there too.
Cons
Very low pay, "Mom and Pop" company that is a little old fashioned and hesitant to change. There are also definite favorites among the staff but hard workers are surely appreciated. Many internal struggles since so many hands are on any given project. Employees need to be willing to wear many hats in order to be successful.
