Pretty autonomous work, can work how you like

Cons

NO training whatsoever, the management has NO clue what they are doing and they CONSTANTLY fire people. No-one's job is safe. The management won't tell you what you're doing wrong and give you a chance to improve- they just give you the boot. Benefits are poor

CEO has made racist remarks to job applicants in the past CEO has said multiple times the reason he has not hired a woman to a leadership position is because "it's hard to find a woman with the same experience as a man" CEO has told multiple people at the company he doesn't care about the culture and that it's just something they "have to say they do" Leadership WILL NOT listen to you regardless of how often you end up being right. Politics win all arguments at this organization, not the best idea. Extremely egotistical leaders.
