      Overworked, underpaid, micro-managed

      Pros

      Some colleagues are nice people and create a good atmosphere

      Cons

      Workload just keeps increasing and they pile more and more onto you. Micro- management adds to the pressure and annoyance and undermines your professionalism and experience.

      While this is difficult to hear, we appreciate any and all feedback and encourage employees to submit questions and concerns to be addressed during our all-hands meetings. Our goal is to deliver best-in-class work to our clients, but not at the expense of our employees. We support our employees discussing their workload with their direct manager and up-leveling to senior leadership if they feel their concerns are not being addressed.

      Bad Management

      Pros

      The benefits are good and they cover medical, dental and vision.

      Cons

      Management needs more training. They overwork us, micromanage and expect us to work 50-60 hrs per week on a 40 hr salary. The worst employees are the ones who get the raises while the rest of us get a 3% raise. Moral is bad among the team and half the company is looking for a new job.

      Thank you for your candid feedback. We have experienced rapid growth in the past year and have been working to scale the teams to appropriate staffing levels. Our goal is to provide adequate support to our teams to ensure that everyone feels valued and supported. We encourage our employees to have an open dialogue with their manager about workload. This has been shared with the leadership team and we’re working to address the areas of concern.

      Tough job, poor vision

      Difficult and interesting job, always an opportunity to learn and network with high profile clients

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, inexperienced management, no work life balance at all, and short sided reactionary decisions being constantly made.
