Pros
Working from Home - making your own hours - Easy telemarketing, appointment setting, and cold calling projects. If you like telemarketing and speaking to people on the phone then this is a great work from home job that will give you as many hours as you need!
Cons
If you dont like working from home I do not think you will want to work in ZDH Consulting Call center. I know they have other positions for other things that are office based though if that is mandatory for you.

Pros
Work from home - just need internet and a headset. No obnoxious projects - just easy b2b appointment setting. They provide you with everything you will need to get up and running ( and making calls and earning money). Its really very simple and easy.
Cons
Working American hours might be a con to some ( its not for me). If you hate cold calling make sure you dont take a cold calling position! There are some warm calling positions - but not many...
