      No Pros , It's disheartening that many people seem to be two-faced, and the management's lack of appreciation for their team is evident. Without any pros to balance these issues, it's challenging to maintain motivation and morale in such an environment.

      Cons

      This environment epitomizes a blame culture, characterized by weak management and a lack of company vision. Without clear direction and strong leadership, it's difficult for employees to thrive and contribute effectively.

      Pros

      Nothing at all. If you want to work in toxic work place then this is the place.

      Cons

      No work life balance. In town hall CEO said if you want work life balance then this is not the place. So you can think accordingly. Pay wise they are not going to pay and hike is also not good. Mindset of CEO and COO is very bad they will put you in tremendous pressure. They want to control everything. Restriction on leave policy but on working hours no restriction, too much of work. It's better to join any other company as compared to this one.

      Not a single pro for the company, people may or may not be friendly

      Cons

      No one knows what this company is doing anymore. There isn’t a single person sitting in office apart from the CEO and COO that actually like the job. CEO is disrespectful to fellow Indians and speaks about building for India. HR and leadership does not care, because they think it’s ok to be miserable in this company it’s normalized. All the positive reviews here are fake and confirmed fake, they say ‘work life balance’ when the CEO has addressed the company and his LinkedIn that WLB is not promised. Continuous stress, horrible product, no clarity, no perks, no hike, no employee incentive, bad office space. It’s a horrible place, no space for growth. Everyone is lying to themself. No one knows what they are doing, desperate hiring, desperate firing. Would never recommend even a bug to enter this company
