      Pros

      - You get a chance to learn about things in finance domain. - You get a chance to work closely with founders if thats something you like.

      Cons

      - CTO does not know how to talk to his team and becomes arrogant if you question his decisions.he never helps you with any problems... hes only there as a project manager...not skilled enough to be in his position.. - expect to solve only bugs for first 1-2 months if you are new - there are no perks here...expect to work till late.. except for some people who enjoy benefits coz theyr in good books of senior mgmt.
