Wish I had read reviews here before joining. - Projects are good to work on but management has no knowledge how to handle. - Nice staff who are willing to help but unable to help because they have lots of work to complete.
Cons
- long working hours. They treat office employees like workers of warehouses who has to arrive early, go late and take 1 hour break. 30 minutes lunch time, 15 minutes before and 15 mins after lunch. - zero work life balance. Higher management will send you email after hours and expect to respond. Sometimes phone is full of email notifications in the morning with the emails received overnight from the management - 90% of the staff is overloaded with the work of 3 employees at least, remaining 10% is the management who just order the staff to get their job done - They do lot of micromanagement. Ask you to install an app on personal phone to track what time you arrive, leave and where are you. -office environment feels like crowded sometimes feels like you are in market - very less salary pay compared to market rate - very less gas mileage pay compared to govt standard. Less than half from the legal rate -most of the trades doesn’t want to work with Zgemi because of bad past experience of no/late payment and poor management - manager shout in front of full of office staff to show off that he is onto something big
