Pros
-Latest technology stack that includes micro service architecture -PR review process is extremely great
Cons
-Leadership roles require extra effort to compensate dev team in PAK and support US client calls and queries by giving extra hours -Micro-management. Feels like a cooperate sector -Sometime PR review process took so much time that it is difficult to stick to the plan -Domain wise discussion is very hard as most of the domain is with the CTO and it is very hard to get his time as he is located in UK. -Developers need to put extra effort because of limited resources. -Notice period of a permanent employee is 3 months.
