      they worked around family meaning hours of work,free lunch once a week free coffee

      it all changed,benefits awful ,no growth,new leaders no direction

      Technology based company pushing it's own tech to the next level while creating third-party and consumer based products.

      Pros

      Great hard-working people with a focus on making the ZINK technology the best it can be. Management understands what needs to happen for this company to get to the next level.

      Cons

      Hours can be long depending on the project. There is a week shut down between Christmas and New Year which you need to use vacation time.
