Pros
The company has some great people, some good policies too. Infact the family first policy is one such thing.
Cons
The company is in a decline after losing some of the top representations, I would not want to name them. But if you ask around in the market or the ex employees they wi tell you. More over the company don't think about people who have put in efforts to get the company to this level. Too much of ego clash at the top levels. And frequent changes in the top management and many people leaving frequently also brings morale down for everyone.
