Pros
In general most people are super friendly, head office very responsive.
Cons
- terrible pay - lack of communication from management - rude management - rostering has to be the worst I've ever seen, left on busy shifts alone, expected to stay back but not rostered so manager can work around contractual agreements - unorganised - either understaffed or overstaffed on practically every shift, leading to complaints from customers and therefore management - very high staff turnover, especially for cafe - cafe can get very busy on weekends, constantly running out of stock, but there is an online ordering system that isn't allowed to be turned off - most staff are not properly trained but are reprimanded for not doing things they didn't know to do Overall would not recommend this experience to anyone.
